After 2 years in the 25-year-old picture-perfect bungalow we purchased, we had a list of “irritants”, “repairs”, and renovations which loomed large in our minds. After the pen-to-paper exercise, it was time to get real – how much would this work cost and who would want to undertake such an eclectic list of ideas and what-ifs? During a walk around the neighbourhood, a lawn sign attracted our attention and led us to “our guy”- Dave Albert.

Dave arrived promptly at the set time to hear about our “ideas” and the first thing I noticed was that he really “listened” to us. He asked many questions, offered some ideas, and most importantly, laid out the next steps, including detailed quotes for the various services and possible timelines. Dave’s turnkey operating team was super, friendly, reliable, diligent and especially experienced. From beginning to end our house project which included, a complete kitchen renovation, layout changes in the bedroom, bathroom, hallway as well as new screened-in balcony and more, was completed within 2 months. Dave delivered what he promised. Simply said, thank you Dave.
